Exfoliate lightly 48 hours before and avoid heavy oils or lotions on the day. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long for effective removal. Arrive showered and wear comfortable clothing for aftercare.

Sugaring generally reduces irritation and ingrowns compared to waxing because it removes hair in natural growth direction. Proper exfoliation and moisturizing aftercare further minimize ingrowns. We provide personalized aftercare tips to help prevent bumps and irritation.

Some medications increase skin sensitivity or bleeding risk. Topical retinoids, certain acne drugs, and blood thinners require special caution or a pause. Please disclose medications during booking so we can recommend timing or consult with your physician if necessary.
